Yes. The safety, health, and happiness of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. We have established new health and safety standards throughout our property, including extensive cleaning and sanitizing measures, social distancing in common areas, and keyless non-contact self check-in options. Hand sanitizer and face masks are available upon request.
Yes. Lobby office hours are usually from 10:00am to 6:00pm daily. Other than that, there is no staff onsite. Guests are welcome to check-in with staff during office hours, opt for non-contact self check-in, or self check-in afterhours, with custom keypad door codes that are provided in the pre-arrival email. Check-in is usually any time after 3:00pm, sometimes earlier depending upon availability. Guests are welcome to check-in with staff during office hours, opt for non-contact self check-in, or self check-in afterhours, with custom keypad door codes that are provided in the pre-arrival email. Check-out is by 11:00am. Bookings are pre-paid in full, so there is no check-out process.
Yes, complimentary parking for one vehicle per room is available to our guests during their stay. Our onsite parking lot is located on the corner of Coombs Street and Fourth Street, ADA Accessible parking included.
While there is no restaurant or bar onsite, we do offer our guests complimentary Continental breakfast items in the Pantry on Saturday's and Sunday's. Other complimentary items such as granola, fruit, coffee, and tea are always available in the Pantry.
Our boutique property is not suitable for children, adults 18 and over are welcome. We have a no-pets policy on property, service dogs are permitted with the proper documentation.
Standard Bookings : (Effective March 2020) 14 days prior to arrival for refund
Group Bookings/Property Buyouts : 30 days prior to arrival for refund
Special Events : Non-refundable (i.e. BottleRock October 1st-5th 2020)
No credits or refunds on early departures.
In the case of any catastrophic event, locally or nationally (fire, earthquake, pandemic) and a State of Emergency has been declared, all cancellations will be given a credit towards a future stay in the amount of the deposit, or for the amount charged (Direct, Booking.com, Expedia, HotelTonight, etc.). No cash refunds.
Yes, we welcome group bookings and property buyouts. We have multiple amenity spaces that can be booked for private events, meetings, and special occasions. See the Amenities page on our website for options. Please contact the hotel directly for availability, pricing, and reservations.
